Core-Asset Consulting was created in 2005. Our ambition was to build a recruitment company that puts people before profit, service before sales, and ethics above all.
Initially we made our reputation within Scotland’s asset management sector. But the success of our model has allowed us to expand rapidly.
We have developed into the wider financial services market, built an accounting and finance team, established an interim, temporary and contract division, launched a vetting and on-boarding service, and expanded into the legal sector.
We’re now considered by many companies to be their number one recruitment partner. You could be number one, too.

Challenge and reward
Regardless of the level of your role, you will be challenged and supported in equal measure. If you excel, you will be amply rewarded and given the opportunity to progress rapidly up the ranks.
Develop and learn the recruitment framework and process for a selection of pre-existing clients.
Manage all aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish, for both candidates and clients, focused on pre-existing clients.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships, including business development and profit maximisation. Combine experience of implementing the recruitment process with an understanding of market sectors.
Develop client relationships and business leads, executing growth strategies and maximising effectiveness of business activities with clients.
Senior Business Manager
Lead, develop and manage a team of recruiters, within a specific division, to maintain and grow profitability.
Develop and lead your own division. Daily management, client management and business strategy for the division as well as recruitment for their desk.
Provides strategic direction and leadership for the company. Shareholder.
Provides strategic and tactical management of the company. Responsible for all company operations and affairs. Shareholder.
